Credit Unions earn honours in the Ipsos® Financial Services Excellence in Canada awards each year. This annual program recognizes Canadian financial institutions for excellence in customer experience. In 2019, Canadian Credit Unions were awarded seven awards in the following categories:

  • 1st for Branch Service Excellence
  • 1st for Values My Business
  • 1st for Financial Planning and Advice
  • 1st for Online Banking Excellence
  • 1st for Live Agent Telephone Banking Excellence
  • 1st for Automated Telephone Banking Excellence
