Credit Unions Awarded Top Honours for Financial Service Excellence

Ipsos has announced Credit Unions as winners in the 2023 Financial Service Excellence Awards. The Ipsos Financial Service Excellence Awards is an annual program that recognizes Canadian financial institutions for excellence in customer experience. These rankings are determined by Canadians based on their perceptions and experiences.

The overall Customer Service Excellence Award for 2022 among all financial institutions, including big banks, goes to Canada's credit unions.

For 19 consecutive years, credit unions have ranked #1 in Customer Service Excellence among all Canadian financial institutions. Proudly supporting our members and communities for over 100 years.

Credit Unions also received awards in four other categories including:
